Baptism is Jesus Christ’s “cleansing-made-palpable”
Confirmation is Jesus Christ’s “Spirit-made-tangible”
Reconciliation is Jesus’ Christ’s “absolution-made-hearable”
Eucharist/Communion is Jesus Christ’s “salvation-made-tasteable”
Anointing is Jesus Christ’s “healing-made-sensible”
Matrimony is Jesus Christ’s “covenant-made-visible”
Holy Orders is Jesus Christ’s “hands-made-feelable”

But that’s not all! While He’s present in the sacraments, even present substantially and physically in the Eucharist, His presence isn’t confined to the sacraments… He’s present in each member of His body, the Church!

Because Jesus Christ is the “Word-made-flesh”, and because He ascended bodily into heaven, He has on earth…

No hands…

No feet…

No voice…

…but yours!

Let him love the world through you, a member of His body.

Ask him now to make you…

His “love-made-flesh”!

Jesus, You are the “Word-made-flesh.” Please make me Your “love-made-flesh”, Amen.
