Our Father calls to us before we even raise our voice

Our Savior runs to us before we even make a move

Their Spirit gives us light before we even make a choice

Our God sees past and future both

Providing us

Supplying us

His love and care to prove

Before we go to prayer, Christ waits for us! Outside our door (Rev. 3:20)

Before we think of Him, He’s thunk of us! His love He swore

Before we give ourselves, Himself He gives! His Blood to pour

Before we fight our soul’s great Foe

Christ beats him strong

To Him belong

The Victor’s joy and song

‘Gainst hell, He’s won the war

But God proves his love for us in that while we still were sinners

Christ died for us. (Rom. 5:8)
