Waiting to Show You Favor

This Gard’ner, without measure
Will with ardor bloom a desert
If the one who musters mustard seeds of trust

This Sun will streak His rays
Vanquish weeping and malaise
If a trusting soul embraces grace within (2)

This Fuller will wring blessings (3)
From one’s messes and transgressings
Drowning pride with but one drop of offered sorrow

This Font will pour His glory
Into hands that serve His story
To one’s trickling spring of love, He’ll join His deluge (1)

This Baker will knead graces
That expand cramped inner spaces
Mixing Kingdom yeast to yield eternal bounty

This Father will, with favors
Strengthen hearts that quake or quaver
By a quiet flight within, one finds this Friend

And discovers…

This Lover
